Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Moto (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Moto is developed and published by RailsSquad OU (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Moto for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

Moto offers a free tier and a one-time Pro upgrade. All purchases are processed through the Mac App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their Report a Problem page. We cannot process refunds directly.
• Pro unlock: The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase. It does not expire and does not auto-renew. It unlocks Pro features on all Macs signed into the same Apple ID.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is the property of RailsSquad OU and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Moto name and logo are trademarks of RailsSquad OU.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Moto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RailsSquad OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Data

Your habit data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause. We recommend using iCloud sync (Pro) or regular data exports as backup.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if these terms are violated.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
